Why D2C retailer Guestify is using Live Commerce, their KPI's and their show strategies for each event
I met Esther Ifrah while scrolling through Socials, in search of businesses that are disrupting the retail industry. Esther has a corporate background, working for Canadian Tire as a Buyer, then moving into Brand Management of an $850 Million portfolio. After 17 years she needed a change. An opportunity to relocate to Florida was a chance for a fresh start. She decided to open Guestify, an eCommerce store selling clothing and accessories for the Travel Enthusiast. No physical storeā¦but she wanted to put a face to her business, to instil trust, to connect and to build community. Those were her KPIs when deciding to partner with StageTen to host Livestream shopping events. Why did I start Live Selling School? So that small businesses, and eCommerce only businesses (D2C) can succeed in business using ALL of the tools available to them.
