The Live Shopping Launch Challenge is a guided 3-session implementation program hosted by Dawn Chubai and designed for product-based brands who know they want to start live selling but haven’t had the clarity to commit time and resources yet.

This program is built from the same strategic process used inside my private consulting — the difference is that instead of me building and executing alongside you, I guide you through the decisions so you can confidently move forward on your own.

Over three structured sessions, we work through the core elements that determine whether live shopping becomes a repeatable sales channel or a one-time experiment. LIVE Sessions are March 16, 18 and 20th. For those who cannot attend LIVE, a replay will be made available. 

Session 1 – Strategy & Positioning (LIVE CLASS March 16 - replay available)
We define the role live selling plays inside your business so you stop guessing expectations. You will identify your objective (acquisition, conversion, or retention), who should host, how often you should realistically go live, and which products make sense to feature. This removes hesitation before any technical decisions are made.

Session 2 – Show Structure & Marketing  (LIVE CLASS March 18 - replay available)
We design the actual experience your customer will attend. You will build your first show concept, product selection approach, demonstration style, offer structure, and the reason customers should attend live instead of watching later. We also create a simple promotion timeline so you know exactly how to announce and position your event.

Session 3 – Execution & Platform Direction ( (LIVE CLASS March 16 - replay available)
Once the plan exists, we determine where it should live. Based on your goals, team capacity, and customer behavior, you will understand which live commerce environment fits your business — social live, website embedded, marketplace, or shoppable video — and map a realistic launch roadmap.

By the end of the program you will have a clear plan, defined next steps, and the confidence to implement without continuing to delay or over-research.
